I guess future generat甐ns in western Gambia would have to eat Gambian
produce rice from the east without fish and produce fresh drinking water by
using desalination plants when that time comes:-)

BTW, since most part of Basse is already flooded during the rainy season,
it would be interesting to see what the environmental impact will be for
towns like Basse, Jangjanbureh and Kuntaur Wharf Town along the River
Gambia.
