VISION 2020'S ENDLESS LAUNCHING CEREMONIES IN 2004 ALSO?!!!

OPTV is back again following the trail of mad Yahya's wretched movie.The
projector was found at Kairaba hotel and this time we saw some trying to
help project the images from those sticky reels!
Question: Why at this time organise a so-called workshop and then call
it;"operationalising vision 2020 once again?" How many secretaries of state
and permanent secretaries at the state dept of finance and economic affairs
under mad Yahya's government tried this same spiral of confusing layers of
theories before? BB Darboe started and then rushed out of the kitchen when
the smoke was too much.He was accused of master minding the november 11
coup when people like me were nearly butchered.Koro came and then lost his
dear life because he knew that everything was cosmetic and he wanted to
exercise what logic dictated upon his clear conscience.Bala Jahumpa came
and then was pushed aside for whatever reason he is not there anymore.The
so-called policy analyst came,he satisfied the strength of mad Yahya's
desire and we can all feel the results of his economics now.
Here we have Balla Musa Gaye! Was Balla really educated on how this
dogmatic package of dreams came about? I do not think so because mad Yahya
invites people then,hides behind watching them with a club,as soon as they
are ready cleaning one of his prefered cronies will be called in.He then
hits the one who did the donkey job, with that very club a thus brings in a
stooge who can be signing cheques and drawing vouchers,without reasoning.
Balla has to watch out! OPTV means exactly that! He has to watch  out! We
do hope that Balla is subscribed to the gambia-l and gambia post to learn
new things and know how to tred while serving the Ted Bundy of Banjul.
This latest workshop is called what?
"The conceptualisation of vision 2020?!!!!!!!" 'UNDP-supported economic
management project,aimed at supporting the dept of state for
finance,Trade,Chamber of Commerce and Industries,helping The Gambia
ACTUALISE?!!!!!!!!! vision 2020 into REALITY?!!!!!!"
Goodness!!! This is good news for OPTV anyway because both the vision 2020
and the policy analyst unit were attacked in our previous articles now
people will see if certain critcisms are personalised or genuine ones?
A document that was carved to guide a so-called revolution a decade ago
still being actualised?!!! No wonder everything in The Gambia now is in
total disarray.
Concepts are meaningless if they are not diagnosed and understood.Even
babies build concepts at 0 age. Sometimes these endless workshops and so-
called feasibility studies are the hooks that catch mad people while they
are trying to rule sane souls.
I hope so mad Yahya's fortune teller did not predict that his rule ends in
2020? Therefore he will be able to hand over power to one of his sons or
daughters to maintain the Kanilai dynasty? Certainly some people have been
murmuring that for some time now ie mad Yahya was informed during child
hood days that he was destined to rule and this vein of mansaya will
stretch towards his children and grand children.

Again listen to this;" A 5 year medium term plan to facilitate the
transition? of vision 2020 again?" How many transition periods have we so
far crossed under mad Yahya?
Vision 2020 has not yet tasted reality? Sure! it is nothing else but a
tabloid showing imaginary ufos who are descending from space with sacks and
sachets of gold,diamond and spiritual power. If mad Yahya stays in The
Gambia for another six months he will tell our people that petrol can now
be pumped from one his kapok trees in the zoo.
Stupid!
Again they said:"The  medium term plan serves as an indicative tool
enabling the private sector understand the government's economic policies
and strategies and then respond in a manner appropriate to national
aspirations" National or personal aspirations?!!!
So mad Yahya has finally accepted that his strategies under the so-called
policy analyst were not understood?! So the private sector did not
understand the government's  economic policies from 1994 to 2004?
It was good that mad Yahya sent Lang Conteh the former forex head at the
central bank and Baba Jobe the majority leader at the house of parliament
teach the above lessons to the private sector for ten good years! Right?!
These weak attempts to save mad Yahya will help him sink deeper and
deeper.I swear by the Almighty no one can clean dirt itself.
YDE,FOREX,MONEY SHOP and so on failed so now UNDP is being approached to
help.That is putting the horse before the cart simply put! Madness is
determined when some one's thought is not in chronogical order.When a mad
man sees the moon and relatives smile thinking that he is getting
ok,immediately after that he points at his heads and then calls it a star!
Gambians are really sad.

Balla Gaye should read these things and keep them in mind and then get
ready for any unexpected clubs from mad Yahya.Certainly he will fall a
victim like Sedat Jobe,Bolong Sonko,Dominic Mendy and many others.

Let all those trying to sew these rags together find out why the policy
Analyst unit was formed in the mid ninteies? This unit was formed during
the so-called transition period and then disguised under the state dept of
education where mad Yahya was advised to lay hands on world bank funded
projects! This very project was carved to ensure that projects were cooked
up to attract funding from donors while mad Yahya was pretentiously
insulting those very donors at Maccarthy square!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When the policy Analyst unit wanted to start the project that built the so-
called provincial high schools the world bank sent a negative signal which
was based on pure professional schemes.Trying to pave a way and then
satifying a mad man's ego the team then went ahead and erected those
schools.That was mad Yahya's first campaign tool in the provinces. How
about having maintained a steady course and then buy the peanuts of our
poor farmers? The same ssheme interfered with government scholarships,thus
the scholarship board was transfered to the state house,accusing the former
board members of nepotism and all what not. The board was then curbed and
put directly under mad Yahya's whims. Those very scholarships also became
campaign tools.These two were inter woven ie the scholarships and Mecca
airtickets.A family would either receive a ticket to mecca(parents
corrupted) or young ones scholarships(youths also corrupted).Have you
realised the open and puerile method?
Those strategies were later on superceded by the so-called Jammeh
foundation.
The Jammeh foundation is nothing else but a photocopy of the former
president's award scheme under Jawara. This foundation issued scholarships
and a certain Kujabi who handled the clandestine machinations was involved
in a lot of visa frauds.Gambians can find out from the former US embassy
visa officer and see if OPTV is fabricating stories or not. Let Gambians
find out who Alhaji Kemba is and what his lniks with the Kujabi were?
The traces that lead to Jammeh foundation-sponsored students are there
Gambians can easily detect that.The government scholarships were hijacked
and jam packed as political baits. God knows that no one hates mad Yahya to
the extent of fabricating such stories and there are Gambians who know
these things out there.OPTV gets the facts from them and some are right now
working under mad Yahya. Mad Yahya's intelligence cannot stop these
leakages because the cracks are all over the place!!!!!!!!!!!
Later on YDE was formed and then its power superceded the previous organs
with full force! Ofcourse lies do not survive that long.YDE is another
humpty dumpty that is experiencing it's greatest fall under the watch of
mad Yahya.

These are reasons why OPTV calls OPERATION NO COMPROMISE a wretched movie!
