Both Habib, and they know not to push them around because they have the
military capability and they would be an enemy to reckon with, as well as the
fact that the U.S cannot really count on the fact that the Asians will not
band together if they are attacked. Vietnam was a lesson that these guys are
not whimps  It is only the small fry with oil that he taunts and because the
Arabs seem to be their own worse enemy among themselves anyway, and
solidarity is a word they seem to not have in their vocabulary.
