No one uses me to do anything. I am not that simple-minded and I am sure you
know that for a fact.
I am a Gambian who cares about the plight of our people and if someone makes
an allegation that you as cultural ambassador have brought and will be
bringing again a man who is a convicted child molester, and I comment on that as a
concerned Gambian, where does using me come into the picture? Where also does
the blood relation come in to prevent me from commenting on this? Is that not
one of our main problems in The Gambia? If one is a relative or friend or close
to you in any way, then you are supposed to refrain from taking them to task
when the occasion call for it?
I do not share that philosophy at all.

Brother Oko, I am surprised that you do not see the importance of addressing
the actual issue raised and providing a satisfactory answer as someone who has
been asked to represent our country in some capacity, unless you do not see
yourself as being answerable to The Gambian people. Please address the issue
instead of coming out with insults. That is definitely not very ambassadorial.
