Subject: International Management Courses in Israel

Dear Anna,

Thank you for allowing me to access your homepage via the internet.

In the framework of Capacity Building in Africa (especially in the area
of Human Resources) we
would like to introduce ourselves and invite you or a colleague to
participate in one of our educational programs. Galillee College, the
leading higher education institute in Israel
training professionals and senior personnel from Developing countries,
has an ongoing
scholarship policy towards Developing countries. Based on this policy,
we will be able to
grant a full tuition scholarship (value of USD$ 3,575) to a qualified
candidate who is a citizen
of your country.

As in past years candidates who meet the following requirements are
eligible to qualify for a FULL
TUITION SCHOLARSHIP (Value of USD 3,575):

Minimum requirement - first degree from university - B.A., B.Sc. (or
equivalent)
  Must be proficient in English
Hold citizenship in their country of residence
Work (or with experience) in the area of management they wish to study

Candidate/sponsor has then only to cover the LOCAL EXPENSES FEES of USD
2,865 + air fare to
and from Israel. These Local Expenses Fees cover: full board,
accommodation (based on 2 sharing
a room), airport transfers, study tours, study materials, medical
insurance, laundry service,
weekend excursions (visits to important historical, archaeological and
religious sites in Israel). This
covers all the candidate’s needs while studying at our program for the 3
wk period. (A little pocket
money is suggested for personal purchases.)

We hope you will be interested in circulating this information to your
friends and colleagues at work in order to give him/her an opportunity
to expand their educational horizons and interact with other educated
people (from developing countries) all over the world.

Each interested applicant should send a completed Registration Form and
Curriculum Vitae either
by E-mail,Fax or by mail (to Fax and Address below). Registration Forms
+ C.V. should be
submitted at least 8 wks before commencement date of course so that we
will have sufficient
time to request and arrange entry permits.
