Your contributions to the L are extremely vital. Personally, I like reading
the excerpts from your so-called sources. However, I am among a few people,
probably many, who will be looking forward to your last piece in the coming
days. I hope, this last piece will spell lucidly your reasons for voluntarily
and deliberately unsubscribing from the List.

When I read your postings, I never wander why you were a newspaper editor.
But, do you write with faith and courage? I doubt it. Don't ever think to
write to satisfy all your readers. Most importantly, if you think you are too
good to be criticized, then you don't need to occupy any public office in
life. I see you as someone who can play an integral part in the information
field of The Gambia upon attainment of democracy. However, if you left The
Gambia because Yaya and his thugs were all over you. And now, you want to
leave the List probably because you got a few harsh words from some folks.
Then where is the faith or courage at, Ebrima? What do you expect, sweet all
the time?

By the way, I was really surprised to see you assert Matarr Njie's actions.
Did you feel pushed to the edge? How about Matarr then?
