NOT FOR PUBLICATION.

Oh My Lovely Uncle Kejau,

I know you will run before perfecting the walking steps. For you to beat or discipline me well you should wait until you read my piece.

I give advance notice so that all and sundry can have the chance and time to prepare.

People are free to call me tribalist. I am not afraid of the label. The controversies around tribal issues will NEVER stop me from dipping my fingers into the wounds and then damn the consequences.

My upcoming piece is just a general commentary on the sickening tribal undertones that sandwiched the presidential election.

For example, Halifa Sallah was called a tribalist who "does not want a Mandinka to become President." I challenged this claim in my piece and defended Halifa against the tribal tag. The man is rigid and getting old but not tribal.

People have also been subjecting the JOLAS to collective punishment over Jammeh's dictatorial tendencies (Jolanization, Jola Kingdom, Jalangs, etc) when the reality is that ALL the ethnic groups share blame for messy state of the Gambia. I defended the Jola Civilization without praise-singing Jammeh.

The Mandinka component has nothing to do with what Mandinkas did not or did not do to help Jammeh secure victory.

If anything I OMITTED some points from my last Mandinka article that I wanted to integrate to make the piece spicier.

DONT TELL ME HUMOUR AND FUN DO NO LONGER EXIST IN THE MANDINKA NATION?

DIASPORA VOTE
Whatever, those who are fighting for Diaspora Gambians' right to vote as of 2016 should use the upcoming Diaspora Consultative Forum in Banjul as platform to pressure the government more for it.

Then the enfranchisement of Diaspora Gambians will not happen through remote control. You must engage directly with the government of the day for the technicalities. It is about real politics; not empty criticism and ideologies.

I do not know if I will make it to the Diaspora meeting or not. Should I attend, I will NOT raise the issue of Diaspora franchise on behalf of any group of keyboard tigers who are too lazy to take the risk of sending delegate (s) to challenge the authorities on the ground.

If I should talk at the Forum at all, I will only raise issue that concern the Creative Class.

For now I cant get any flight to Banjul.

Anyway, Senegal has a lot of HOT TUCULEUR AND OTHER GIRLS to make my SeneGambian trip memorable without smelling the air on the Gambian side of the border.

Alningbara,

Prince B.A. Sankanu

Babucarr,
Are you ok? First you blame our Islamization and our jalangs in the same vein and you are trying to building very strange story and eventually blaming all Mandinkas for Yaya's pilferage of ballots.
You see not all Mandinka's can be your cousin! Choose those you know are your cousin and treat them accordingly, otherwise you will be treated as a tribalist.
