I do add in seasonal fruits, but I find that I do not feel as good if I over
do it. Somewhat in accordance with the book "Natural Hormonal enhancement"
once one shifts to fat a s a more primary energy source one needs simply to
maintain enough carb intake to keep glycogen stores adequate. One other
aspect is that lower fat meals tend to clear from the stomach sooner which
would leave one feeling lighter and more athletic.
