Strip sets entail starting with a heavy weight, performing several reps,
imediatly grabing a lighter weight, performing several reps ...etc. One
usually does this for perhaps three strip or drop sets. For example in
Pavels book it is recomended to perform snatches with -32kg,24kg,16kg (the
minus sign(-) denotes a strip set). these sets are very demanding but highly
productive.
