I thought the following article might generate some interesting

I beleive that Art says that for the greatest increase in GH, one
should work out in the morning before eating and even not eat any carb
for while afterward as these maintains levels of GH. This article
challenges these issues. If i am misrepresenting you Art, please
correct me.
