the best gh pulse occurs at night. So Art is correct about going to bed on
nearly empty stomach. Also the best and cheapest releaser to take would be
melatonin.

this way you will be ready for the early morning routine. 4oz of juice
w/creatine before workout will not spike insulin high enough to inhibit gh
pulse following the high intensity training . .

the eating could be protein only to inhibit cortisol release (if you were to
wait too long after training to eat)
