Worked for me. Did the full split in 3 months. And I am no gymnast.
Tsatsouline has stuff that works. You'll learn a lot too. Guaranteed.

Probably not Seagal, for he's more into Jiu-jitsu and Aïkido, and show-off
splits are not the goal of these arts. Most probably Van Damme.
