Here's something that has been occupying my thinking time: in Rob Faigan's
book, he said that you should eat regularly as to not get hungry, that being
hungry is similar to a starvation response.  This would be in contrast to
the view that eating should be a response to the body's need for food.  I am
a bit puzzled by this subject.

It's probably parallel to water intake, where some say that you should drink
enough water so you are not thirsty.  Any answers to this puzzle?
