I have found that when on fairly strict paleo that I

OK. Have you ever read "Tired of Being Tired" by Jesse Lynn Hanley and Nancy
Deville ? I consider that you are lucky, because panic attacks and energy
are influenced / related to acid body pH. Most meaty foods (in the end)
acidify the body, while most fruits (specially berries) alkalize the body.

And, indeed, trace minerals are needed supplementation in our mineral
deprived groceries. It works for me too.
