I am a regular Hg if not a regular contributor to the list. I do follow
every mailing and I think the new slant developing is a healthy balancing
change.
the question:
I focus on meats and winter vegatables during the winter months. My body
reacts by putting on muscle and fat in responce to weight lifting. when it
warms I prefer to be active. I swim, play water polo, play basket ball,
hike, bike, and take part in any game that looks fun. I discovered over the
years that meat and fat derived energy burned slowly and i could play the
whole game, but never feel that emotional drive. I changed to more fruit but
the experiement is touch and go so far. anyone who during the summer months
reacts to the change of weather bya change in diet please chime in and tell
me how much fruit, and tubers and what not that you eat and how it fuels
you. I find the more of this food the harder I can play and the slimmer I
become.
M
