Are no-sugar-added raw nut butters (from true nuts, not peanuts)
considered a healthy option?

My concerns are that as it is processed, it is no longer necessarily a
pure food. The labels all note a small amount of sugar despite no other
ingredient being added. Obviously, this is used as condiment for dipping
vegetables, not a food staple. Any thoughts?
