Hi Edith - I haven't read Relax into Stretch but I can recommend
Stretching Scientifically by Thomas Kurz, a former East European
athlete and trainer. According to reviews of both books, he covers
the same material as Tsatsouline's at nearly half the cover price.
You might also find this book at your local library as I did. Cheers,
Jo
