Hilary,

Thanks for that information, which is excellent news all round.

At present I aim for a total of 75-100gms of protein a day, making up
the difference with various protein powders, such as egg, whey, soy and
pea-based ones. I will be happy to eat more than 6 ozs of uncured meat a
day, if it is not a cancer risk.

This is looking good.
