>I have Pavel's book. Great stuff. Works and is easy to apply.

I recently purchased Pavel's kettlebell book & video. After experimenting
with some of the exercises, I'm now trying to figure out how to properly
integrate these movements into EvFit workout -- hierarchical sets,
alactics, etc.

The problem is that the explosive movements seem best for high-repetition
sets, and most of the low-repetition exercises("grinders") either cannot or
should not be done in an explosive fashion(which would hit the FT fibers).
