John Coleman is the listowner of the Biometric Nutritional Forum. I used to
subscribe to it until I couldn't stand his fruitarian (Natural Hygiene based)
bias any longer. He does not believe that we should eat any animal products or
that we should cook anything. Anyone on his list who posted anything suggesting
something different to John's way of thinking was ripped up and their
intelligence was questioned. Most just went elsewhere after a time or two. The
paper referenced may have value but be aware of his bias when reading any of his
conclusions.
