In the past, I have done yoga to improve back flexibility.  Thinking about
it, I am having a "duh, of course" moment.

(You know, I am beginning to think that the level of fitness provided by
the Paleolithic way of doing things *is* "normal" and only appears "above
average" because modern human beings are so out of it.)
