if one decides to begin lifting heavy, but keeping volume commiserately low
with the upper poundage, will this impede GH release?
i would gather that it could. the sytem is under less stress overall, the
duration is not long, and like alactic trainng the muscles are never
exhausted. but I havn't any practical experience.

second any recommendations for an excersize to increase verticle leap?

thank you in advance for responses.
