Cecily,

I'm a lousy sleeper for several reasons.  Even when I took Lunesta last 
night I didn't sleep well.  I usually sleep better than lass night on it. 
But if I don't take it, it takes me several nights to acclamate to not 
having it.  When I wake up with having gotten rest, I don't have that 
drugged feeling.
