Dear Loving Family,

I just thought I would write a short note to let you all know that 
Vernon's surprise Birthday party was a smashing success. We had a 
wonderful time with great clean fun and excellent food.

I know that Vernon enjoyed it a lot.

I'm very thankful for my loving Vernon and our friends and family.

I do have a prayer request, however, please.

I've been feeling down some times, or irritable, or just sad, and I 
get my feelings hurt very easily, and also I've been crying a lot. 
Now, really, there's no reason for me to be down at all.

I believe that it might be the lower dose of the Efexor, but I'm not 
going back on a higher dose, as it really raised havic with my blood 
sugar. It's a lot lower now, even though it's too high yet.

Please pray that when I go to the doctor, and tell him these things, 
that he can put me on the right medication. Please pray that this 
ends soon, as I'm getting tired of having these emotional times, and 
I'm tired of feeling too sensative and irritable as well.
