Karen,

I didn't see your original post but have read it now under Helen's.

My heart goes out to you because God has called me to pray and uphold
the afflicted and down-trodden. You can feel as though everyone's
treading on you when you apply for a job and don't succeed. Mike, my
husband, has been unemployed three times since we married just over
eleven years ago. He was told on many occasions that he got
second/third, just pipped to the post, but many just wouldn't employ
him. It was a test for both of us but God came out clearly, especially
when we moved here and Mike then was given a job. OK, it's not
wonderful and it's badly paid, which keeps us trusting in Him and
thankful for what we have!

I'll be praying for you in the coming days. Write me personally (if
you'd like) and tell me what jobs you've gone for and what your training
has been etc.

Let's ask God for a miracle for Karen:

"Dear Lord Jesus! You own the cattle on a thousand hills. Karen just
wants a very, very tiny part. She needs work and needs money. Lord,
please, if you don't supply work will you supply all her need from your
riches in Glory! May each time her need is supplied be very special to
her!

"Thank you Lord, I know you love her and care for her so much more than
the sparrows, so I'm looking for you to come through for her.

I bless Your name that this is Your chosen part, to be involved in our
lives and meeting our needs. My sister is not excluded. Dear Lord, let
her know your goodness and faithfulness that it may be a testimony to
all she knows, and maybe those she doesn't!

"I ask this in Your precious name:

"AMEN!"

Karen, God is still your Provider, and He will fulfill His promise to
supply your every need. I pray you will see the fruits of His promises
very soon.

Love,
Helen
