So rest is a dwelling place! that would mean a place where one could live
and not just visit.  I personally when ever I am full of anxious thoughts,
and of late there have been a few! try and remember who God is! He has a
great record of his dealings with people in the past, with me in the past.
When I pause to remember who He is, where I amdoesn't seem so overwhelming
or consuming! the One who said "Light be"  can speak peace to my mind when I
take the time to recall who I am because of who He is.
