According to a friend I just called, that marriage amended now becomes a
part of the Colorado state constitution.  We voted on this once before and
the dumb Colorado state library supreme court overturned it.  Now, if my
friend got it right because I haven't heard it on the radio, it cannot be
touched by the courts because it becomes officially a part of the Colorado
constitution.  The gay marriage item lost as well.
