It makes me very sad when I see people on these 12 step programmes refer
to "Recovering Alcoholics". I know what they mean, but Jesus changes us
and it is good that you were able to reflect this. Of course, you're
doing your part and not going for the hard stuff so that you're not
tempted, and that's good; but I'd hate to think you had to carry that
slogan around with you for the rest of your life.
(Just my two pence worth, as we'd say in the UK - and now I'm off!)

probably has more bad stories to tell about me. I would have to think
real hard to think of any about Kathy. She was one of the good
