George is still living in Oklahoma.  His sister contacted me last winter and
told me that things were about the same.  I was told by George that his wife
would leave him if George didn't stop calling and praying with me.  I was
also asked never to email him again because she was reading our emails.  I
don't feel too badly about it because she said the same thing about George's
only remaining family member, his sister, and she isn't even allowed to call
him or email him.  I just pray for George and his wife whenever I think of
them and I know the things George learned from the Lord he will never
forget.  I'm just glad I got to know him because he is one of the finest
Christian men I have ever known.  I like his wife, too, and she is a great
Christian but just deeply wounded spiritually.  The death of their daughter
just about killed her spiritually and that was about the time she made
George promise to stay away from certain people.  Why?  Well, I knew some
things she didn't want me to know about the whole situation.  Anyhow, I
still just pray for them and thank God I got to know them for awhile.  I'll
see them again in Heaven.
