Hi all,

I'm praising God!  Today I managed to walk to a friend's home (almost one 
mile away) with my long cane, then back after a short stop.  It's been quite 
a long time since my back was good enough to do this.

Now I have to go to the dentist, so I trust lying in his horribly 
uncomfortable chair won't ruin the day!  <Smiles>
