Hi Vickie,
My doctor didn't give me any reason for not wanting to  give me something to 
make me sleep.  I think the real truth is that I do not have insurance and I 
think he is hoping I will find another doctor and he will be rid of me.  I 
could be wrong but that is how I feel about it.  I did get some rest last 
night.  I hope you were able to sleep as well.
