Wow. I never thought Xanax would work. I take sleep medication and it kind
of makes me either sleepy or groggy at times. I'm usually afraid to change
medications as I don't know how I'll react to the new one. I wonder about
Lunesta or whatever that's called. Has anyone ever used that?

Subject: trouble sleeping?

I know this topic has been discussed on this list so I thought I
would recommend an item. Xanax is a pill that can help. I don't
take them myself, but I know people who take them,
occasionally. They don't knock you out. You can take them 2 hours
before bed and they still don't make you fall off your feet. When
you do lay down, you sleep. In the morning, you do not wake up
groggy or with fog in your head. Doctors do not like to prescribe
these because people abuse them. I hope this helps some of you that
have trouble sleeping.

John
