Pray hard Helen!  They're expecting this house to take at least six more
weeks.They're way behind schedule and they're not working here today at
all.  We're still waiting on the plumber.  I guess that my chocolate chip
cookies didn't work.  Hmmmm, maybe brownies loaded with chocolate chips
would bring him round.  Hey Pat, what do construction workers like?
