Kathy, NO, I'm not a parent, I'm the sister.  My sister is now in or 
going to prison last I heard.  At one time she told us that she was 
having problems with two drug dealers and that they were doubling there 
charges to her because she hadn't paid.

I tell you that to let you know that sure I'm not a parent but as a 
sister I know the hurt that you and your family are going through.  I 
am praying for all of you in this.
