I've kind of been out of pocket this week on e-mail so I'm way behind. 
Having just read your message, I trust that you did get some rest last 
night.  I know what you mean about taking OTC meds.  Did you ask your doc 
the reason that he won't prescribe a sleep aid?  Of course, I should talk 
about sleep I know.  I've done better since the discovery of the sleep 
apnea, but still not great.

Do keep us posted, and we'll be praying.
