the Bible courier might be part of your answer. It has two BBible 
translations and, depending on the translation you pick, some sort of 
glosary of words or terms used in the bible.

For serious study, though, I think you are best served by a Bible 
program that runs on your computer or, if you want something 
portable, a netbook.
