I am facing a blood pressure crisis here again. I have been taking an 
herbal diuretic and another herbal remedy for the oedema in my legs. 
This just started to work as my legs did not feel quite as heavy and 
the blisters I had from water retention were not quite as pronounced. 
my blood pressure and sugar had also been better. This afternoon now, 
we took my blood pressure  and my blood pressure was quite high again 
with 199 over 130. After applying the sublingual nitro spray I had 
been giving in the emergency room a couple of weeks ago, the blood 
pressure hardly went down. I find this quite scary as it makes no 
sense after my readings getting better. My health simply seems out of 
whack ever since I was diagnosed with the diabetes. I am so sick of being sick!
