Phil,
Technically, since February 29 is replaced by March 1 every three out 
of four years, then I suppose that I'm still not late, but since 	I 
do seem to be one of the last people on this list to wish you a happy 
birthday, I'll justify my tardiness by saying, "Happy belated 
birthday, " anyway.   That way I'm covered.  Sorry that not feeling 
well is part of your birthday celebration.  I hope and pray that you 
will be feeling great soon!
