Hi,
Here's a mystery.  After I sent the message this morning about the four 
strings, I turned off the computer and went to church.
When I came back my echurch folder had disappeared completely.  I have set 
up message rules or filters so that all messages to this list go into a 
folder by this name.
TSo the folder and all messages have disappeared, in outlook express.  They 
were not in the deleted items folder, nor had I accidentally put them into 
any other folder, as far as I can tell.
    Do any of you have any ideas about this--other than maybe it was the CIA 
or something. (smile)
