Sandy is driving 360 miles, round trip, today in order to pick up her basset

hound puppy from a breeder in Southeast Colorado.  I can say this now 
because I'm home alone as she motors her way across the state with my son 
and his family.  Yippie.  This pup is replacing Hoagie, our other basset 
hound we have for 7 years who had to be put down because he got cancer.  So 
we are naming the new pup, Hoagie, also.  She wouldn't like me announcing 
this to the world but, oh well.
