Anyone want to take a stab at this question?

Phil.

Subject: A question for you

Dear Phil,

I would like to know if you have any idea when the practice of multiple
wives stopped in Bible times. I have looked on the internet, or at least I
have begun to research this. It came up in our Women's group this morning.
I have a week to come up with something. My pastor seems to think it was a
slow practive that just kind of happened as more people populated the earth.
It makes sense considering that Adam only was given one wife as far as we
know. What do you think? Hey, ask E. church, and while you are at it, you
can put me back into mail for a while till I cry uncle. Thanks.
