I do get awful headaches when I can't sleep!  It seems the only cure for 
them is a nap!  Melatonin will put me to sleep but I have trouble waking up 
the next morning and I stay groggy and sluggish almost all day!  I can't 
function without sleep and I can't function when I take melatonin!
