Good morning Phil,
My doctor does not want to give me anything to make me sleep.  I am a little 
leary of taking things over the counter but I am going to purchase some 
melatonin and take one pill instead of two and hopefully that will help.  I 
am beginning to think that satan is just trying to wear me down.  My mind 
just does not want to shut down when I go to bed.  Enough of my rambling.
I hope you guys are doing well today.
