In case anyone was interested and no need to reply. I had posted some time
ago regarding our house refi. Well after the original bank declined it,
they came back after finding an error in  their records of income with a
lower rate than originally and we signed up on  Thursday. All went well and
we are off to owning the home in full after 15 years at  a fixed rate. This
a move  towards a specific word God gave me regarding finances. This is not
his ideal solution, but I believe acceptable considering my delay in
getting his first directive done in time.
