Ned,

Glad to hear about your health.  I'm coming up on 54 but thank God for my
good health, too.

Well, that is good news about the fried turkey.  Our turkey is just about
ready to be put in.  We are waiting for the oil to reach 350 degreees.  This
is a propane cooker.  So if it is better than baked, I'll really enjoy it
because I love turkey.
