No such animal exists, the computer based programs only check your code,
they can not insure accessiblity. It still takes a human brain to do that.

I'm interest to hear  from any of you regarding the best web site
evaluation tool (like Bobby).  Self-evaluating tools would probably be
best -- where you run it and it checks all the links on the page as will
as the index itself.
