Hi,

There are lots of headset phones with amplification.  The
nearest Radio Shack or other electronics store should have
them, and some may let you try them out.  If money is not
a problem, you might want to purchase a cordless headset
system.  This would let you walk around with your headset
on, attached to a cordless phone that you could dial from
anywhere in your house or nearby.

There are lots of other high-tech solutions, some involving
a computer as an intelligent phone system.  You will find
more variety of solutions at lower prices if you stay with
mainstream gadgets rather than specialized products for
people who are hard of hearing (in my opinion).
