  The screen reader will maintain the integrity as well as Acrobat will let
it. And how well Acrobat does will depend on the way the PDF file is created.
If it is created with full logical structure, it should present the full
complexity of the document accurately. If the PDF file is unstructured,
Acrobat will attempt to infer the structure, and your mileage will vary. For
