Hello all,

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with AutoCAD (a computer assisted design program) from a low vision user's perspective? I have just been told of a high school student with Stargardt's who is very keen to take graphic design as a subject through to the end of school which will require heavy use of this software. It sounds a bit of a challenge and the future application possibilities are, of course, quite uncertain. He will probably need to apply screen magnification, but I don't yet have clear details on what degree of magnification. However, the condition is, naturally, likely to deteriorate over the time he is taking the subject.

Thanks in anticipation for any ideas people might have.

Regards,
Tom.
