This is designed to add speech to a web site.  Speech is only one aspect of a screen reader.  The idea of a robust web site being "accessible" by means of the speech server is not impossible, but it is remote.

This may have already been discussed but I wonder if anyone has had

experience with the Microsoft Speech Server.  I wondering how helpful

is for users with disabilities.  Our campus is investgating it so I'm
trying to gather as much information as I can.
